Mission Statement

Shattering limitations by empowering  women to become ambassadors of the trades through the art of construction. We look to propel women forward in the skill set as educated and professional champions of the trades. Built for women by women, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Why Social Inclusion Matters

We learn better when we see ourselves in the people we learn from.  It is important that our teachers are actively engaged in the process of our students' success.  With female teachers in the classroom, we can further motivate our students to succeed, and as a result, provide greater impact. Where others would falsely believe they are not intelligent and looked down upon, proper representation in our faculty breaks down these stigmas.
